Neighbourhood Information

Wedgewood Ravine is a beautiful, quiet, well-kept, architecturally controlled community of 491 homes in South West Edmonton.

Our community offers many amenities to its residents. As a well-established community, the neighborhood has both an active volunteer Homeowners Association and a vibrant Community League.

We have kilometers of paved and well-kept shale pathways in the trees for outdoor enthusiasts.

There are tennis/pickleball, and basketball courts for summer recreation.

The upgraded tennis courts and pickleball area is for all ages and there are open fields for all types of recreation.

We maintain the area of the park to a higher standard than the city requires at seven times a year for cuttings per the city guidelines, as our residents have voiced their valued opinion on this outdoor recreation space for many activities, it sees a lot of use and area for social distanced gatherings.

The Gazebo and fountain in the park are great gathering spaces to gather with friends and family.

A vibrant Community League run by volunteers hosts events and activities to bring residents together.

Our community is conveniently situated on the southwest edge of Edmonton at the intersection of Lessard Road and 184 st. bordering Wedgewood Creek, with easy access to the Airport, Downtown, and the rest of the city.

The brick fence lined streets are very inviting as you drive through the neighborhood.

The area is serviced by Edmonton Transit for those using public transit.

The community is serviced by a volunteer Homeowners Association Board, which meets four to six times a year to direct the use of a yearly mandatory levied fee on each property of $350,

$450 if payment is received in June,

late fees, and collections fees after the 30 day grace period from May 31.
